As consultant, facilitator, mentor, and trainer, Keith brings a broad perspective and practical approach to human resource and organizational development. As both corporate and personal levels, Keith works with entrepreneurs as well as intrapreneurs (business executives) who want to increase business results in sales, productivity, employee retention and customer satisfaction.
Keith brings with him more than ten years of people development roles and has designed and led numerous training programs globally including Cambodia, China, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, and USA. He specialises in diversity and cross-cultural consulting and training. He also engages in developing retention strategies, career development, coaching and human resource management consulting for public and private sector organisations.
Keith’s extensive practical experience in diversity and cultural consulting, career management and intrapreneurship is combined with a strong academic background including six years as associate lecturer and examiner at a local polytechnic. He was also appointed Examiner with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMUK). He is also a Ministry of Education, Singapore-approved instructor. His focus was on global business, intercultural management, strategic marketing and electronic marketing.
An accomplished public speaker, he has been an invited keynote speaker on people management issues at local and overseas conferences in which he presented seminars on the topics of cross-cultural, work-life, and expatriate management. Keith says that “Trust is a foundation for high performance. With trust, you get commitment from the heart.” Keith hopes that by working in the intercultural field he can help individuals and corporations to establish credibility and build trust among multicultural team members, to enhance their productivity and performance.
Besides education and training, Keith enjoys classical and choral music. He was the Founder-Choral Director of a mixed choir in a local church, and Founder-Choral Director of a local school choir. He is also fascinated with the 'King of Instruments', the Pipe Organ.
In Mar 2005, Keith was appointed Deputy Registrar of Marriages and Licensed Solemniser by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, Singapore, whereby he is able to solemnize marriages in Singapore.
