Attorney at law
A member of the Paris Bar, with a Master’s Degree in Business Law, specialising in International Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon -Sorbonne, and a Postgraduate Degree in Taxation with International Taxation from the University of Paris XII Saint-Maur, François MARSHALL began his career as Taxation Consultant with the brokerage firm Cholet-Dupont. In 1991, he joined the Legal Department of Chargeurs, as Legal Director of Chargeurs Wool, then as Legal Director/G.C. of Chargeurs with responsibility for Corporate Finance and Development. He is the founder and partner of the firm Marshall Avocats.
François MARSHALL is a specialist in Business Law, in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Corporate Finance (Structured Finance, Asset and Acquisition Finance).

His activities include international contract negotiation.
He is a former Vice-President of the Cercle Montesquieu (the French General Counsels’ Association), head of its Commission on Finance and Stock Market.
He is a director of the Institut de Finance Structurée in Paris (“I.S.F.P.” is a think tank on structured finance).
