Before I started my management consultancy in 2004, I worked as a consultant for c-business, a service-specialized consulting firm. My career in service began within the business administration unit of the internet pioneer AOL in 1996.
My passion for Service, Marketing and Sales is also well known because of my commitment for the CAt-Award and the XING Group „Callcenter & Helpdesk“ as well as a book author, FOM-Lecturer and spokesman. Furthermore, I am a member of Bundesverband Deutscher Volks- und Betriebswirte e. V. and Kundendienst-Verband Deutschland e. V.
