Paul has worked at the strategic level for over 15 years and has applied his consulting abilities in both the public and private sectors. In addition, he has been a professional counsellor and coach for over 20 years, assisting clients with a variety of life and career management issues.

Mr. Reisman has written for reference texts on Management, published articles in Human Resources journals and newspapers, has designed and conducted many seminars and work-shops for numerous organizations across Canada, is a frequent speaker at corporate and association functions / events, has been interviewed often for radio broadcasts, newspaper and magazine articles; is a guest lecturer (graduate level) in Organizational Stress and Leadership at McGill University and Concordia University, and was a course leader at the McGill Management Institute. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Concordia University.
